Privacy policy

What we collect

• Contact form. Your name, email address and message, plus technical details sent with the submission: IP address, browser user agent, the page you came from, your preferred language, and the time of submission. We keep those details to spot abuse and to reply in the right language.
• Email. If you write to us directly, we keep the email and any attachments you send.
• Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and records aggregated page views and performance metrics. It does not build profiles of individual visitors.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (IP address, URL, user agent, timestamp) for a limited time for security and operations.

Why we process it

We use this data to reply to you, to evaluate an opportunity you have sent us, and to keep the site running and secure. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and protecting the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where a conversation moves towards an investment or agreement, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).

We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting, analytics and request logs) and Resend (delivery of contact form notifications to our inbox). Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, the transfer is covered by the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Beyond that, we share personal data only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Contact messages and emails are kept for as long as the conversation or opportunity they relate to is live, and deleted when they are no longer needed. Request logs and analytics are retained by our providers for short, fixed periods under their own policies.

Cookies

nashsphere.com sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Vercel Web Analytics works without cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, object to our processing of it, or receive a copy in a portable format. Write to hello@nashsphere.com and we will respond within a month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) at imy.se.

We will update this page if our processing changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
