Nashsphere AB is an independent investment firm and product studio in Växjö, Sweden. We invest our own capital, backed by a broad investor base, across angel cheques, early-stage private rounds, and public markets — and when a bet is easier to own than to fund, we build the company ourselves.
What we do
Different shots on goal — angel bets, private rounds, public positions, and the products we build — chosen so the wins don't all rise and fall together.
- Angel investing. First cheques into founders we'd happily work for. Small, early, and hands-on when it helps — out of the way when it doesn't.
- Early-stage private rounds. Seed to Series A, usually alongside people we've known for years. A real cheque, and a line on the cap table we mean to keep.
- Public companies & IPOs. We hold listed positions and step into IPOs when the price and the business finally agree. Patience is most of the strategy.
- In-house product development. Some bets are easier to simply own. When that's true, the four of us build the company ourselves rather than write a cheque.
Where we look
We stay close to what we understand. The list grows slowly, and only when one of us has actually lived the problem.
- Tech, AI, robotics & security. Frontier technology. Where software starts touching the physical world — automation, intelligent systems, and the security that has to travel with them.
- Fintech. Financial infrastructure. The plumbing of money: payments, lending, and the unglamorous rails that quietly compound over a decade.
- Real estate. Property & yield. Bricks and yield — a ballast of harder assets to steady the book against the volatility everywhere else.
Who we are
We've worked together long enough to disagree well, which turns out to be most of the job when you're investing your own money.
- André — CIO / Chief Investment Officer. Works hands-on across investments, combining strategic thinking, company building, and disciplined capital allocation.
- Johan — Cross-Border Ventures. Builder and operator across software, AI, and biotech ventures in the US and overseas. Brings international perspective and operating instincts.
- Mikael — Deal-flow king. Keeps us informed, aligned, and intact, with a constant eye on new opportunities.
- Marcus — Early-stage scout and venture builder. Comes up with great product ideas and finds founders no one has heard about yet.

Nashsphere AB (org. nr 559144-8773) was founded in 2025 and is registered in Sweden. The studio is at Castellum Sign, Södra Järnvägsgatan 4a, Växjö.
